1Peter1:15 but as He who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your
conduct,16 because it is written, “Be holy, for I am holy.” Rom8:There is
therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not
walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.
COMPROMISE is a word that can very offensive to people, the action is even
more offensive to God. There are many that not only walk in it, but live in
it as well. There is a battle going on in every believer as to whether or
not to follow God whole heartily, follow only partially or maybe even less
than that. The scriptures are clear, a little leaven (sin) corrupts. Peter
repeated the words,“Be holy, for I am holy". Walking according to the
flesh seems a little easier than walking according to the spirit. Brethren,
we are called to live differently in Christ than we did before. I read, "
The devil won't bother you while you're living in sin, he'll bother you
when you're trying to get out". May we focus on what Jesus would have us do
and not what the flesh desires.
