My Mama use to say "If you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything at all!" Yes, emphasis added, there were six of us and we were usually fighting.
The Golden rule is one of those societal rules that most people have heard in some form or another. It sums up the ten commandments. If we all treated each other the way we wanted to be treated, the world would be a much better place.
As you go about your day today, when you find yourself becoming frustrated and want to take it out on the slow clerk at the store or the guy who cut you off in traffic, remember the Golden Rule.
