1 Thessalonians 5 Do you give thanks?

16Rejoice at all times. 17Pray without ceasing. 18Give thanks in every circumstance, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.
19Do not extinguish the Spirit. 20Do not treat prophecies with contempt, 21but test all things. Hold fast to what is good. 22Abstain from every form of evil.

Rejoice at all times: Feel or show great joy or delight. Do you?

Pray without ceasing. Have you prayed for something and haven't received an answer? Did you pray for it without ceasing?

Give thanks in every circumstance. For this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.
No matter what your circumstances are, someone is worse off. So do you give thanks for your circumstances? Do you have clothes? Do you have a place to lay your head at night?

Do not extinguish the Spirit. How do you? With sin! What sin are you hiding? Stop it!

Do not treat prophecies with contempt. Gods predictions in the Bible are true. He cannot lie! Do you find yourself saying, that will never happen? Oh really? Are you wiser that God?

Test all things and hold fast to what is good. Wise words! Do you?

Abstain from every form of evil. If you don't it will pull you under with it. Ask yourself WWJD?

Brethren, every day we have choices because of free will.
Start your day with rejoicing because God gave you another!
Pray for yourself, family, friends, country, leaders, church.......
Give thanks for what God has given you!
Try not to sin! And when you do repent!
Test all things and hold onto what is good!
Abstain from every evil!

Blessings to you this day! David
