1 Thessalonians 4 Be careful little eyes what you see!

Are you living in a way that it pleasing to God? Are striving to be holy and abstaining from sexual immorality?

Today's internet can be useful but with it brings depravity of the world. Are you guarding yourself and your household from sin brought in by the internet? Here is a test. Would you surf, watch or look at things of sexual nature with your children or grandchildren or Jesus in the room?

Stop it! Turn it off, get rid of the internet, install programs that block that content!

When our son lived with us I had to password lock everything. I had a content program installed and I would regularly check history on the computer. He would find ways around it. It would shock me what he looked at. Schools and libraries didn't help either, it's almost as if they promoted sexual immorality.

Don't act like someone who doesn't know God in secret, "like the Gentiles who do not know God."
If you can't turn it off get help. Seek Godly men at your church for advice. You may be surprised how many people struggle with this issue.
Even Fox News promotes ads sexual in nature.
Be careful little eyes what you see!

Berean Study Bible
Living to Please God
1Finally, brothers, we ask and encourage you in the Lord Jesus to live in a way that is pleasing to God, as you have received from us. This is how you already live, so you should do so all the more. 2For you know the instructions we gave you by the authority of the Lord Jesus.
3For it is God’s will that you should be holy: You must abstain from sexual immorality; 4each of you must know how to control his own body in holiness and honor, 5not in lustful passion like the Gentiles who do not know God;

Blessings, David
