Do you choose good or evil?

Please pray for the families that have been affected. Thousands of country
music fans became witnesses or victims of the deadliest mass shooting in
modern US history when a gunman unleashed "hundreds" of bullets into the
Las Vegas Strip, concert crowd, Sunday night. Christian"s know the verse
*Romans 8:28 And we know [with great confidence] that God [who is deeply
concerned about us] causes all things to work together [as a plan] for good
for those who love God, to those who are called according to His plan and
purpose.* and yet, how can we truly understand any of it in the midst of
something evil like this. Everyone has the ability to choose good or evil.
Fear is one thing that helps people to do good. Fear of repercussions, fear
of getting caught and for the believer, fear of eternal separation from
God. The man who did this seems to have had no fear of any of that. It says
in *Prov 9:10 The [reverent] fear of the Lord [that is, worshiping Him and
regarding Him as truly awesome] is the beginning and the preeminent part of
wisdom [its starting point and its essence], And the knowledge of the Holy
One is understanding and spiritual insight.* Dear Heavenly Father, please
comfort all those whose lives have been affect by this tragedy. Please
bring healing to the wounded and peace to the heartbroken. In Jesus name,
