Ephesians 2 Brought near by the blood of Christ

11Therefore remember that formerly you, the Gentiles in the flesh, who are called “Uncircumcision” by the so-called “Circumcision,” which is performed in the flesh by human hands— 12remember that you were at that time separate from Christ, excluded from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers to the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world. 13But now in Christ Jesus you who formerly were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ.

Do you remember your life before Christ? What your days and nights were like? Struggling day by day to make ends meet, without God, without Jesus, the endless struggles of life.

But now since we were brought near by the blood of Christ we have peace in knowing a loving Father and being adopted in His family having His mark upon us securing our spiritual life in heaven!

Rejoice brethren, as man may be able to kill you but men cannot take your soul as God is holding it in His hand.

This Christmas think about the gift of life Jesus gave you, after you were brought near by the blood of Christ.

Blessings, David
