Living without compromise means standing firm, even in the face of
opposition and temptation. There was a man that made a stand and proved that God was with him. *Dan1:8 But Daniel made up his mind that he would not defile (taint, dishonor) himself with the king’s finest food or with the wine which the king drank...12 Prove your servants, I beseech you, for
ten days and let us be given a vegetable diet and water to drink.15 And at the end of ten days it was seen that they were looking better and had taken on more flesh than all the youths who ate of the king’s rich dainties.*
Brethren, we must make a commitment everyday, to live a radical life in Christ! We must stand for the truth without compromise, refuse to submit to the defilement of the world, be the salt and the light in our increasingly flavorless and dark world. Today, may we all dare to be a Daniel in character and dead! Jesus loves you and I love you too!
