Invest in the Heavenly Kingdom

Scams are everywhere. Whether it is "Your computer has a windows operating
fault", "I want to buy your stuff with a money order", or ""Look at me, I
am sexy and I want your money". God gave a specific warning to people who
"Sow" in the wrong manner. *Galatians 6:7 Do not be deceived, God is not
mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. 8 For he who sows
to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption...* The meaning of
corruption is, "decay and ruin and destruction". There is a saying, "You
can choose your sin, but you can not choose your consequences". There are
many of "us" in the family of God that were people that sowed to the flesh
and many more, that are still doing so today. God's words are simple and to
the point, STOP IT! After realizing what we are doing and how we are
living, we need to focus on the next part of this verse. *Galatians
6:8...but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting
life.* Every believer needs to evaluate what they are "Sowing" to. We read
in Jeremiah 4:3, “Break up your fallow ground …” In Psalm 126:6 we read,
“He who continually goes forth weeping, Bearing seed for sowing, Shall
doubtless come again with rejoicing, Bringing his sheaves with him.” Hosea
10:12 says, “Sow for yourselves righteousness; Reap in mercy; Break up your
fallow ground, For it is time to seek the Lord.” May all believers use the
time that we have left, to invest in the heavenly kingdom and not our own.
