Constant Drip. Psalm 27:15-16 NLT

You know how every once in a while the Sunday sermon seems to be directed at you? You are sure someone has been talking to the Pastor. You even believe he looked at you more then anyone else while he was teaching. Well, if you believe this verse is directed at you, maybe it's time to examine your ways and make a change.

Psalm 27:15-16 NLT

15 A quarrelsome wife is as annoying

as constant dripping on a rainy day.

16 Stopping her complaints is like trying to stop the wind

or trying to hold something with greased hands.

You can catch more flies with honey then you can with vinegar.
If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all.
If you can't be nice then just don't be mean.
And the "Golden Rule" Luke 6:31 31 Do to others as you would like them to do to you.

This includes your husband. Why do we think it's okay to treat the person we are suppose to love the most in this world like our worst enemy? Why are we nicer to total strangers then we are to our spouse.

Stop it! Stop being rude, stop being mean, stop being hateful, stop being a constant drip.

Blessings, Cecilia
