Benediction and Farewell
10And after you have suffered for a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to His eternal glory in Christ,e will Himself restore you, secure you, strengthen you, and establish you. 11To Him be the power forever and ever. Amen.
Why would Peter say, "after you have suffered for a little while"?
God uses suffering to perfect, to bring perfection. He wants us to rely on Him and He uses it to build strength, faith and character.
God of all grace and mercy! What other religions or gods are like our God of all grace?
He will "restore you, secure you, strengthen you, and establish you."
All you have to do is ask Him!
"To Him be the power forever and ever. Amen." David
