Defeat of the Beast and False Prophet
17Then I saw an angel standing in the sun, and he cried out in a loud voice to all the birds flying overhead, “Come, gather together for the great supper of God, 18so that you may eat the flesh of kings and commanders and mighty men, of horses and riders, of all men slave and free, small and great.”
19Then I saw the beast and the kings of the earth with their armies assembled to wage war against the One seated on the horse, and against His army. 20But the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who had performed signs on his behalf, by which he deceived those who had the mark of the beast and worshiped its image. Both of them were thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning sulfur. 21And the rest were killed with the sword that proceeded from the mouth of the One seated on the horse.
And all the birds gorged themselves on their flesh.

Remember the movie, The Birds?
Just think of that movie but on a Godly scale! Alfred Hitchcock directed this horror movie but God directed this real life event at the end of the tribulation period!
The birds are instructed to “eat the flesh of kings and commanders and mighty men, of horses and riders, of all men”!
Gods patience has ended!
Isn’t this interesting, living after the flesh, their flesh now becomes food for the birds?
Divine judgement is the great equalizer of all men, rich or poor, king or servant!
All the suppers are as follows;
The supper of salvation. Luke 14:16-24
The Lords supper. A remembrance of Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross.
The marriage supper of the Lamb. Revelation 19:9
The supper of the great God.
“If you reject the first supper, the second supper will mean nothing to you. Then you will not be present at the third supper, but will be present at the fourth supper. Everybody gets to attend at least one of these suppers, but some will eat and others are eaten at the suppers.” (Guzik)
Wow! I been waiting for, anticipating these verses when the beast and false prophet were captured and thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning sulfur!
God wins!
