So Moses and Joshua went and presented themselves at the Tent of Meeting. 15Then the LORD appeared at the tent in a pillar of cloud, and the cloud stood over the entrance to the tent.
Now the LORD appeared: This begins a solemn and important chapter in the history of God’s people. This will be Moses’ retirement ceremony and Joshua’s inauguration ceremony. (Guzik)
Exodus 33:11….. but his servant Joshua, the son of Nun, a young man, departed not out of the tabernacle.
Qualifications to serve usually
flows from the heart ❤️ Remember the Lord uses the weak to confound the wise.
It’s been my experience that you are usually asked to serve or to start a ministry because they see the spiritual gift flowing outwards from your heart ❤️.
Moses and Joshua didn’t choose themselves to be leaders, the Lord did and neither thought they were qualified.
A good ministry leader is someone who’s reluctant to lead, believes they are unqualified and seeks the Lords direction and strength before jumping in with both feet 👣

Pray and study the Good Book and continue to seek HIS guidance.
