NLT: You must not testify falsely against your neighbor.
It’s all in the news, impeachment. They have been trying to impeach the president since he came into office. First is was collusion, then obstruction and now it’s quid pro quo.
Did you see the video of the false testimony from the person heading up the investigation while he was reading a false transcript? That’s right, they didn’t expect the president to release the actual transcript of the phone call.
Whatever side of the isle you are in politics please remember,
Daniel 2:21 He changes the times and seasons; He removes kings and establishes them. He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to the discerning.
But also remember today’s verse.
You must not testify falsely against your neighbor, this includes the president.
As Christians what are we to do? PRAY, yes pray for the president and his family, pray for the leaders in Congress, pray for our government, pray His will be done.
Please remember, HE is in control!
