"BUT"

Disappointments in life come in many different sizes, shapes and reasons.
Relationships fall apart, the job is not what you wanted it to be, finances
are tight, even giving yourself over to the desires of the flesh in moments
of weakness, and so many other things. Fear, loneliness and doubt cause us
to make poor choices and even at time sin against God Almighty. There are
many things that we try to deal with everyday and find a common excuse, and
there is one word that explains why life is difficult, "BUT". I need to
work, BUT I am not good at anything. I need to eat better, BUT there is no
time to prepare. I need to serve more, BUT there is so many other things I
need to do. We can find all the excuses in the world of "BUT'S" and forget
the scriptures. Gen8:1 But God remembered Noah...Gen 31:42 But God has seen
my hardship...1Sam 23:14...but God did not give David into his hands.
Ps49:15 But God will redeem my life from the grave...Rom5:8 But God
demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners,
Christ died for us. There are many reason we can find to give up because of
what the world throws at us and through it all we must remember, But God!
Eph2:4 But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which
He loved us, 5 even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together
with Christ (by grace you have been saved). Praise God in the midst of what
you are going through and it will be well with your soul. And God help us
make good choices.
