23Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely, and may your entire spirit, soul, and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. 24The One who calls you is faithful, and He will do it.
25Brothers, pray for us as well.
26Greet all the brothers with a holy kiss.
27I charge you before the Lord to have this letter read to all the brothers.
28May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.a
Final blessings. How often do we give blessings to someone when they head off into a trial, a mission trip, deaths door or just the wicked world?
May we be as bold as Paul!
Paul reminds them of the promise: "The One who calls you is faithful, and He will do it. "
Do you hear Him calling you? If not, unplug yourself from the internet, the television, the noise of the world and pick up the Bible and read it. If you haven't, start in the Book of John and listen for His small voice whispering to you.
Pray for others including myself that Gods will be done in our lives.
Greet your brethren with a handshake. A kiss was the custom in their day, handshake in ours.
My prayer for you:
May the grace of our Lord Jesus be with you and may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely, and may your entire spirit, soul, and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ!
Blessings, David
